Vacancy: Call center operator

The network of European medical laboratories "Synevo Georgia" announces a vacancy for the position of a call center operator in Tbilisi.

duties:

• answering incoming phone calls;
• consulting the user regarding the requested issues;
• Working on the client base (finding the necessary information)
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Qualification requirements:

• high education
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English language min. At B2 level – mandatory.
• Ability to work with a computer (Windows, MS Office, E-mail);
• Experience in a similar position is desirable.
