This is a wonderful laboratory and a wonderful specialist, Louise. I have bad veins and sometimes they prick me 4-5 times to find them. Louise found my vein the first time and immediately took blood. This is a very important moment for me, thank you very much. I was with an 11-year-old child and she also had donated blood. They took it even faster than me! It was also important for me that Louise speaks excellent Russian and there was no queue, so everything took no more than 10 minutes. Highly recommended!
