I regularly have my lab tests done here—it's quick and convenient. The staff are polite.

Used this Synevo many tines before for tests. On 28.05.25 I came for tests again. Upon coming inside the test room there was a male not in the white uniform. Without any explanation or request of consent to me he silently put on gloves and began to choose what to take to do tests. Nurse started to explain to him what to do...I suddenly understood that he was not properly prepared and trained. Male took needle and almost vertically stuck in my arm deep inside. Blood didn't come... Female nurse stepped in at this moment and took off the needle, she said that the guy was on training and she has to repeat the test from the other hand as he missed... Male stepped out and she completed everything fast. She brought me some ice saying that it would help to prevent bruise inside my hand and pain.
First of all - consent! Guys, you can't do such things without patients consent! You should inform the patient about anything like that before even coming to the test point.
