The FibroMax test is a non-invasive liver damage assessment algorithm that combines 5 tests:
FibroTest
ActiTest
SteatoTest
NashTest
AshTest
The combination of these tests provides an assessment of the degree of liver fibrosis within the framework of a single study, with a simple sample of venous blood.
The FibroMax test is used for all pathologies that cause liver fibrosis and its subsequent complications:
- B or C viral hepatitis
- Chronic alcohol consumption
- Non-Alcoholic Liver Diseases (NAFLDs)
- due to obesity and/or diabetes
- autoimmune diseases,
- Blockage of the bile duct
- Medicines of a specific group
- Hereditary metabolic disorders
The study is an alternative to liver biopsy and its clinical value has been confirmed by clinical trials.
